Does joining the waitlist cost anything?

No. Joining the waitlist is free. It does not start a subscription, a trial or require a payment card.

Which social networks will Boga support?

We plan to support Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Exact account types and publishing formats depend on each platform's official API capabilities, permissions and review requirements.

Question 5

Will Boga ask for my social media password?

Accepted Answer

No. When account connections become available, Boga will use each platform's official authorization flow. You sign in with the platform directly and grant specific permissions. Boga will never ask for or store your platform password.

Can I use a personal Instagram account?

Accepted Answer

Automated publishing depends on Instagram's account requirements and Meta's current APIs, which change over time. Boga will explain which account types are eligible when you connect an account.

Will Boga own my content or accounts?

Accepted Answer

No. You keep ownership of your content and your social accounts. You grant Boga only the limited rights needed to store, process and publish content according to your instructions.

Will my connected accounts become owned by Boga?

Accepted Answer

No. Authorizing Boga does not transfer ownership of your account to Boga Tanzania LTD or place it under Boga's business portfolio. You can revoke access through the platform's own settings and, once available, from inside Boga.

Can I manage multiple brands?

Multi-brand workspaces are planned for the Business and Agency plans. Limits differ by plan. See the pricing page for details.

What happens if a platform rejects a post?

Boga is being designed to show a clear status and an actionable message when something needs attention. We can't guarantee publication when a platform is unavailable, changes its API, rejects the content or limits an account.

Boga is operated by Boga Tanzania LTD in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, and is being designed for customers in Tanzania and beyond.

How do I delete my waitlist data?

Email privacy@tryboga.com from the address you used to join, with the subject "Delete my Boga data". Full instructions are on our Data Deletion page.

Do I need a payment card to join the waitlist?

No. The waitlist is free and never asks for card details.

What counts as one scheduled content item?

Accepted Answer

One piece of content you schedule counts once, even if you publish adapted versions of it to several of your selected platforms.

Can one post go to several platforms?

Yes, that's the idea. You'll write a core post, adjust the caption or format for each platform, and schedule them together. Supported formats depend on each platform's API.

What happens if I reach my monthly limit?

We plan to let you know before you reach it. Content already scheduled will not be removed, and you'll be able to upgrade or wait for your next monthly cycle.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. When paid plans launch, you'll be able to upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Full billing terms will be shown before you pay anything.

We're finalizing tax treatment with our advisers. How taxes apply will be shown clearly before any payment is taken.

Which payment methods will you support?

We haven't selected our payment providers yet. We'll announce supported payment methods before paid plans open.

Is founding-member pricing permanent?

No. The proposed founding-member prices are locked for the first 12 months of an eligible paid subscription. Eligibility, duration and renewal pricing will be stated clearly before you pay.

Can I manage several client brands?

Yes, that's what the Agency plan is for. Agency is coming later, with up to 10 brands and 5 team members. Client workspaces and approvals are still being built.
